Ownership, Terms, and Risk
Please ensure your address details are correct as we are unable to redirect your parcel once it has been dispatched. If there is any loss caused by incorrect address entry or fraudulent transactions, you will be the sole bearer of financial losses.
NOTE: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package will not be sent via any courier.
Typically, orders that have been shipped (either you have received a tracking number or your order status has been completed) cannot be canceled. After a package is shipped from ACEBOTT, if you refuse to receive it due to force majeure, you will be subject to the return and refund policy and must pay the original shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
